  Staff are friendly enough but this location is constantly out of products doesn't matter what time you go at. Orders have been wrong to many time to count. Something needs to change. Could possibly be the worst time hortons ever.

  Terrible, every time! Have never had an order from this location that wasn't either wrong, as in not what I asked for, or I had to make another choice because one of the items I had asked for was out of stock. The only point in their favour is that they are consistent.

  waste of my time trying to get breakfast sandwich they seem to service take out window quicker than counter customer. Manager could not even give refund in timely manner

  They never get my sandwich right. They specificly told me it was correct and then BOOM it was wrong. Everyone who works here is bad and I feel offended by there Christmas attitude.

  This location is disappointing. My last 3 visits over the past 2 weeks have resulted in "sorry we do not have any sausage" or "we are out of hash browns" . At first I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt and chalk it up to a new staff / management. But now it does not seem to matter what time of day I visit they are still consistently short of product. Whether this is a supplier issue or a prep team that waits too long before restocking is a good question but I'm done being frustrated and will only order coffee from now on.
